Hello Everyone!

This year instead of a Sweetheart Scholarship, I would like to raise money and collect donations to send care-packages to Active and Senior DeMolay's who are currently serving in the Armed Forces overseas. 

In order to be successful with this project, I will need some help from all of you.  If you know of anyone from your chapter whom this would apply to, please let me know.  I need names and addresses if you have them.  If not, a home address or phone number would also be great!

I will also be collecting donations at State Events.  Such donations could include (but are not limited to): hygiene items, candy, chewing gum, magazines, and drink packets for individual bottles of water.  Just to give you a general idea.  I have a list of general donation ideas that I will be sending to the individual chapters.

ANY help is greatly appreciated!

I think that this is a phenomenal idea!! Serving in the armed forces can be a rough experience for even the strongest individual. As DeMolays I feel that we should support these men who take the seventh precept and fully implement it. Let me know of anything that I can do to help! Keep up the good work!!

I hope that we can all work to make this project a success.  Too often we can forget about all the people serving our country every day.  I hope this way we can send a message to the entire DeMolay community that we respect these men and are greatful for everything they do for us.
