Conclave 2026

The cost is $150 for the full weekend. Registrations are due by June 8th. For the banquet only, registration is $40, and due by June 25th.

Ritual and athletic sweepstakes will be held again at Conclave. The ritual tournament will be on Thursday night after the opening sessions. Athletic events will take place throughout the weekend. Members will have the option to compete with members from their chapter and members from other chapters this year. 

Our Ritual Tournament will have all individual parts available from the Heartland Tournament of Champions, plus Senior Deacon. Active DeMolays are eligible to compete in 2 parts each. However, as part of our ongoing efforts to encourage our members to challenge themselves to learn additional parts, if a DeMolay is competing in Flower Talk, Ceremony of Light, or Magnificent Seven, he may compete in a 3rd part as well!

You can arrive on campus on Thursday, July 9th, beginning at 5:00 p.m. Check in closes at 7:00 p.m. when the opening session begins!

You will elect new State Officers for the next year, participate in a varitey of games and activities, have a ritual tournament, meet brothers from other chapters, and have one of the best weekends of your life.

We will stay in a dorm, so you should bring a sleeping bag or bed sheets (XL twin), pillow, bathroom toiletries and towel, plenty of clothes for recreation, and dress clothes for the opening session, ritual tournament and banquet.
